Well I have been doing fantastic with health and lost 10 pounds but i have about another 15-20 pounds to lose and I already excersize daily and eat healthy and balanced, I just want to know if anyone has some personal experience about how they lost 20 pounds quickly, and if it’s free even better! =) Thank you.

i was wondering how long it would take to lose 10 pounds if i ran 1-3 miles once a week on a treadmile. plus, i am in sports and am pretty active. im 13, 8th grade, 5′3" and weigh 116 pounds. will this help? i also eat pretty healthy and i don’t get junk food at my house.

I am 125 pounds. 5 ft 3 in tall and I want to lose weight NATURALLY. No pills, juices, acai berry or anything. I am a very busy person with hardly that much time. Can you tell me what exercises to do? Should I do yoga to lose weight or should I do cardio? And how do I take time out of my busy schedule to exercise?
