I want to lose ten pounds. How can I do that? I can excersize and diet, no problem, but what are some excersizes that will help me burn calories? What are some foods that are excellent tasting and low in stout and calories that will fill me up?
I don’t want to do any programs or anything like that, I just want to excersize more and eat healthier on my own, and I was looking for suggestions…

Friday, November 20th, 2009Hey everyone. I have a few questions based on weight. I am 5′2" tall, and I want to weigh between 100 and 102 pounds, with jeans and a t-shirt on. So probably around 98 pounds. I’m turning 16 on September 8th. I have checked with health websites and 98 pounds is considered healthy, so please do not say it isn’t.
Please give me some tips on how to eat more healthfully without feeling the need to "binge" or just give me exercise thoughts that burn stout but don’t tone.
