anyone know how to lose 10 pounds in 20 days without starving? like what workout equipment to use at the gym?

i am trying to lose 10 pounds before i go to vegas and its a lil small notice lol, but i wanna look excellent, any diets, work out plans that can help?

    I thought for years that it was impossible to lose weight without starving, following a strict diet or going to the gym everyday. My friend joined Weight Watchers and lost 80 pounds within 7 months, I tried it and lost 50 pounds within 4 months! You don’t have to go to the weight watchers meetings but they are valuable for support and information. You can find alot of information about weight watchers online along with recipes and you can also buy weight watchers magazines that contain alot of helpful information. All you have to do is drink 8 glasses of water a day. You can substitute water for crystal light and a few occasional glasses of diet pop. You can eat whatever kinds of food that you want as long as you stay within a ‘points’ allowance. Your daily points allowance depends on you weight, for example I am 180 pound therefore I can consume 24 points a day…on top of the points you get 35 points for a weekly allowance so if you go over that many points within a week then its no gain.
