Can I lose 10 pounds in 10 days?

If I do 45 minutes of pilates every day, 30 minutes of running every day, and eat only 1200 calores every day, could I lose 10 pounds in 10 days?

    1) You’re not doing yourself any favors. Losing 10 pounds in 10 days is very unhealthy. Borderline eating disorder.

    2) 1200 calories a day is NOT enough for you to consume in a day. If you’re going to lose weight, fine! Instead of cutting calories, learn how to eat healthily!!

    3) You’re gaining muscle by running and doing pilates. Of course you’re not going to lose 10 pounds in 10 days! Be pleased with your body. 10 pounds will NOT make that much of a difference if lost in just 10 days.

    Losing that much weight that quick is pretty unhealthy.

    Yes it’s possible, but I wouldn’t do it. You’ll stress your body too much and you’re more likely to gain all that weight back.

    That’s not safe. It’s called a crash diet, and it’s not safe to lose weight that quickly 2-3 pounds a week is the way to go. If you’re going to exercise that much, you can eat 1500 calories a day and still lose the weight. But you do not need to crash diet.

    Probably not 10 pounds. Its not healthy to lose that much that soon. Plus, you will just gain it right back…double time! If you really want to los that much that quick…then you should barely eat. Again though, its not healthy.

    This really doesn’t sound healthy, if you don’t exercises that often and start with a routine like this it is not excellent. You should pace yourself starter with an simpler routine and then start adding more techniques you might lose more weight this way… excellent luck..

    Of course you can lose ten pounds in ten days. I eat 800 calories a day and if I eat more than that it doesn’t go higher than 1500. Eat fruits, vegetables and limit on meat because it’ll cause u to keep this extra pounds. No soda, no junk food, no candy…only a small every now and then after u lose the ten pounds. Hey that’s how I did it…my stomach is completely flat now. Are you trying to lose it for the prom or something?

    Trust me it’s not that hard to do…just eat right and don’t eat too much just a small bit. Drink water and no carbonated stuff cuz water is 0 in calories and it’s healthy

    Well, sounds like if you are determined enough, you could loose this much weight. The real question is….WHY? Is there some sort of urgency that you need to loose a pound a day? Secondly, it is not “healthy or wise” to loose more than 2 lbs a week on an intentional diet.

    Yes,But stay on a vegetable and nonfat diet. no meats. fish is okay. oranges.plently of banana’s and potatoes.How just excellent ole pinto beans and wheat bread.No milk.Non -stout ok?

    yes and did u know that if u run for 12 min after 12 min u start to lose stout so if u jog for … about 14-15 min u should meet ur goal

    No you could not muscle weights more than stout for one thing and what are the 1200 calories made up of??? No….
    Have no sugar or carb’s (bread, rice, pasta or potatoes) no fruit only grapefruit It’s a dietetic (makes you digest things and cuts the stout). No sugar or caffeine because caffeine makes it harder to burn stout. You must drink 8 glasses of water a day. Lots of vegtables or salad eggs and meat incluiding bacon and hotdogs (no buns). Any sauce or spice. Try it I have lost 25 pounds so far…….it works. No diet dressings they are full of sugar. With the exercise and diet for sure you can.

    sure you can if you set your mind to it ,and no cheating on your diet ,and drink a lot of water that really helps you loose weight the average healthy person should drink about 12 cups of water but if you are on a diet and you exercise allot more than the average person would then probably you should drink 14-18 cups the worse thing you could do is sit on the couch because then you will have a craving to eat something even if you are not exercising you should get out with some friends, go to the mall or something like that

    eat allot of vegies and some eggs too for protien try to stay away from the carbs and starches

    Well, Pilate’s and running only builds muscle and if you didn’t know,muscle is heavier than stout so you’d be gaining weight.I would say 1200 calories is way too small.Maybe more around 1800 or 2,000.It might sound like a lot of calories but if you eat way healthy it will pay off.About your meals:If you eat 4-6 small portioned meals a day it will keep your metabolism going.Food journals are a huge help to keep track of your calorie in-take.And I know it might sound hard but dont cheat.It will get your body used to a small “i deserve it” treat every now and then.Certainly DO NOT use diet pills.They’ll ruin your body and mess with your system.Don’t drink soda at all.Instead drink lots of water and orange juice.(My personal favorite is V8 Mango and peace splash)Cut down on the quick food.Maybe down to not even once a month.Walks and small jogs are excellent to do.Try getting a physical trainer and if thats too pricy you could always read books about diet,exercise,and eating healthy.Also,about those 10 pounds—>The results wont come out as excellent if you only spend 10 days on them.

    with all of these exercises, you need at least 1800 cals a day!

    i lost 15lbs in 5 days

    1)jogging every morning (haw far? depends on your stamina)
    2)tae bo 5 times a week (1hr)
    3)hot yoga twice a week (1hr 30mins – to strech and relax your muscles from tae bo and jogging)

    eat healthy and drink at least 80 ounces of water a day.

    eating jalapenos and taking 3 table spoons of apple cider vinegar will boost your metabolism!

    -i feel toned and really healthy =)
    trust me, this WILL work!
