Can you lose 10 pounds in a month exercising like this?

doing like 30 or 40 minutes of walking and jogging.
Then doing like 500 jump ropes
Then lastly doing 10 minutes of ab exercises
Doing this for like 5 days a week and taking 2 days to rest
I would be eating really healthy and cutting every junk food.

    no, i mean that is a healthy way to lose weight but it takes more than a month
