diet help! i want to lose 10 pounds by the start of school!?

oook. so i am 130 pounds and about 5′5 1/2 – 5′6. somewhere around there. i lost 3 pounds earlier this summer, but you know how it is in the summer .. loads of parties and food to tempt you! so i gained to 3 pounds back. i know, it sucks. i feel fatter too.

i want a diet plot, meaning -
how many calories should i consume a day, considering i don’t do much exercise other than 2 hours of volleyball two days a week?
i can have one day of fun exercises, so what does anyone have in mind?
i want to lose 10 pounds!

i just want to be able to control myself. i have very small self control sometimes.
