ok so im trying to lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks…so heres my diet plot for today…day 2
breakfast-frosted flakes(i know its not excellent but i like them)
lunch-1/2 chicken sandwich
snack-apple
dinner-chicken m veggies
snack-2 slices of pineapple and few grapes
and im going to the gym for 1 1/2-2 hours today, including 30 mins on the ellipital which says i burn about 400 calories, and doing weights and end with 15 mins of cardio again…then some peanuts afterwards..
is this excellent??
AND PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME ABOUT ACAI BERRY, AND OTHER PILLS AND DRINKS…PLEASE

You can try fasting…first 3 days are pretty rough…but thats about the only way your gonna lose it in 4 weeks…it isn’t that terrible, I have done it twice since feb and have lost 22 lbs…so…..
I have a friend who lost 70 pounds using the following diet:
Breakfast: 1 slice of whole grain bread or 2 Rye crisps
2 tbsp natural, no-sugar-added peanut butter or 2 slices low stout cheese or 1 egg
2 slices of tomato
Coffee or tea (2 tbsp of cream – optional)
Snack
1 serving of fruit, an apple or orange or 1 cup of other fruit
Lunch
250 grams of lettuce, radishes, cucumbers, peppers, or any low starch veggies – 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp vinegar to make the dressing
150 grams of lean protein (fish, chicken, tofu, lean pork or beef)
Snack
1 serving fruit
Dinner
250 grams of stir fried or steamed low starch veggies such as green beans, broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, cabbage, carrots (limited to 1/2 cup). Should be stir fried or dressed in healthy oil, such as olive, flax oil (2 tbsp)
150 grams lean protein (chicken, fish or tofu)
Snack
1 cup of no sugar Jello or
1 cup cherry tomatoes or
1 cup other veggies
I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some excellent hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s excellent for the heart.
But, I find the most toughest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a fantastic addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is right, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a stout binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some excellent info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
