How can I lose 10 pounds quickly?

I’m 14 years ancient and I’m 120 pounds and I’d like to lose about 5-10 pounds without diet pills or exercise equipment. Can anyone tell me a excellent way to lose it?

    Eat a huge breakfast, normal lunch and small dinner with healthy snacks in between like fruit and nuts. Don’t eat after 8pm and eat until you are 80% full, not stuffed.
