How can i lose 5-10 pounds in 14 days?

So i got a jump rope, and my school starts September11. and im a freshman. And i want to lose 10 pounds whatever it takes or less than that because i know it’s not healthy to lose a lot by 14 days. Will this help me look a bit lighter by the way i’m chubby and 5′5 but so not obese!!

1 hour of jumping ropes wich is about 1,200 of jumping.
300 crunches 3 times a day.
40 pushups 3 times a day.
500-700 calories a day.

what do you reckon

    hey…well when i’m trying to lose weight..well them few extra pounds… i tend to stick to a fruit and nut diet…

    This is basically…fruit salads…smoothies…etc…oh have a bag of nuts handy..they help control them cravings….also make sure you…exercise….swimmings fantastic and fun at the same time…plus remember to include some protein…. e.g. for breakfast have 2 slices of grilled bacon and one boiled egg…..

    and if nuts don’t work for you try wheatabixs……

    and drink plenty of water…..i drink around 12 glasses a day but i reckon the minimum is 8….oh and try black tea thats fantastic…..

    As for exercise i do 300 sit ups per day.
    30 push ups per day
    10 minutes of jumping jacks…per day or every other day
    swimming once a week

    and remember that your weight can fluctuate by 5 pounds throughout the day
