HOw can I lose 5 or 10 kilograms (10-20 pounds) in 10 days without drugs or pills?
Im a guy, weigh 82 kilograms, am 5 foot 8 inches, and want to lose weight. I have a week off so i want to make the most out of it. Any suggestions? What diet should I stick to and what exercises should I do? I also want to start toning my muscles.
