How do I lose 10-15 pounds naturally?

Hi
I am 125 pounds. 5 ft 3 in tall and I want to lose weight NATURALLY. No pills, juices, acai berry or anything. I am a very busy person with hardly that much time. Can you tell me what exercises to do? Should I do yoga to lose weight or should I do cardio? And how do I take time out of my busy schedule to exercise?
Your help would be very appreciated. Thanks a lot!
