Okay my cousin is 13 and their height is 5′4 nearly 5′5, they weigh 130 lbs more or less.
My cousin is also a girl.
If she jogs in front of the TV every morning for a half hour, does jump rope for 5 minutes a day, and does 4 sets of 15 squats a day, how long do u reckon it will take her to lose 10 pounds?
Also any other tips she could use to lose weight??
