I cut soda and sugary drinks, I now drink about 3 bottles of water per day instead, I play sports which have practice day and I am trying to eat less than 1000-1200 calories a day, with healthy foods
How long will it take me to lose 10 pounds? The way I mentioned I don’t really care if it’s healthy or not
