How long will it take me to lose 10 pounds doing this…?

Well, I am not extremely overweight but I am a small chubs. For the last week and a half I’ve been working out for 40 mins doing cardio (tredmill) and sometimes an hour on the weekends. I like exercising, so I don’t mind going on the tredmill for longer periods of time. I have always changed my diet drastically because I figured out I had a dairy allergy, so no dairy products, lots of fruits and veggies and lean meats like fish and chicken.
How long will it take to lose 10 pounds?
Also I’m sixteen years ancient…I dont know if age makes a difference but whatev.
Oh and I plot to continue following this plot of 40 minutes of cardio a day. On the weekends and sometimes during the week day I also do lots of swimming because I have a pool.

    i reckon you’ll lose quite a lot of weight. but to get flat tummy, i’d say 2 months.

    well if ur always this active, ur body is used to it so you wont lose weight…make sure to drink plenty of water and eat enough so ur body doesnt reckon its starving :)
