I want to lose 5-10 pounds in a month in a healthy way?

I am 13 5′3" and weigh around 130. I have a lot of stout around my tummy and hips area and I really want to get rid of it in a healthy but honestly quick way. Any thoughts?

I took a few steps last winter because I was feeling a small bloated and these steps worked really well.

    1. I started drinking lots of water and milk. Water for obvious reasons and milk for the calcium content. In my house we just have diet pop (without any sugar and 0 calories) but I chose to quit that too, because I was forced to drink things that benefited me. I dropped all juices, I received vitamin c from my cereal.

    2. I started on this bicycle exercise. It really works your abs and I could really tell me stomach muscles were tighter after about a month. I did about 100 a day but at all different times, some in the morning then a few hours later. I recommend it to everybody, just type it into google and it should come up.

    3. Lastly, for breakfast I started up on Total cereal. Absolutely helped, it is packed with so many vitamins and so small carbs. After a while you get sort of sick of it, but they have enough flavors that you can just mix it up.
