Anyhow, there’s no real way to estimate how long it will take to go away, do 30 minutes cardio (jogging) every day, whether it’s on the spot or outdoors, your choice, aslong as you’re exercising, it’ll help the weight go down quicker, but 126lbs isn’t all that terrible, but if 10 pounds is what it takes to feel excellent about yourself, go for it.
1500 Calories a day is fine, but make sure it isn’t 1500 calories a day of ice cream, switch from white bread to wholemeal, beef burgers to chicken breast, simple changes.
Dieting alone isn’t excellent enough to lose weight, you need to keep a balance of exercise and dieting in order to lose weight properly.
