Okay right now I’m working out at the boxing gym 3 days a week(not boxing just a one hour exercise class) I am trying out for basketball in a week and will have practice every morning if I make the team. I would do basketball the morning and work out an hour after school 3-5 days a week. Will I Lose weight doing this? i really want to lose at least 10 pounds a month.

but i reckon you should rest once a week like on sundays.
