i walk to school everyday. its a mile and a half one way, thats three miles. but i also watch what i eat, my motabolism is really low so it never goes away, but im trying.
well, when you go to sleep, your body slows it metabolism. so if you would burn all that meal off while awake, you wont but it off when your sleeping because it stays in your body longer, letting you body take in the stout, so its better to eat your meals in the day. but some people say eating some cucumber before you go to bed will help u keep the metabolism going better through the night
please answear!IF I SLEEP THEY SAY I BURN CALORIES!IF I EAT 6 FRAMS OF STOUT MEAL WILL BEFORE I GO TO BEAD WILL I GAIN WEIGHT OR I WILL BURN IT BY SLEEPING?FOR EXAMPLE 250 ML 1,5FAT MILK WITH CERIAL OR 3 SLICES OF BREAD?

I do a mixture of walking/running, then elliptical, and then I run actual stairs at the gym. I do about an hour 3 days a week, and about 30min 2 days a week. I also really try to watch what I eat during the week, keeping Sundays for myself. In a year I’ve lost about 45lbs of stout.
