Get in Shape! A fantastic new years resolution. People spend hundreds of millions of dollars buying gym memberships and fitness equipment this time of year in preparation for their new years resolutions but you dont have to. Getting in shape doesnt require money, just knowledge and dedication and this video will place you on the road to fitness. In this video I will show you how to achieve your new years resolution of losing weight and getting stronger with a simple 30 minute home workout. This video assumes that you have no experience with fitness or weightlifting so dont worry, we are not going to use any intimidating equipment. You will feel better and have more energy after your very first workout! OK, now for our workout, there are only three exercises – crunches for abs, pushups for chest, shoulders and triceps, and pullups for lats and biceps. And dont worry, if you cant do a single pushup or pullup I will show you how you can get started and build up your strength. This workout is for everyone, no matter how out of shape you are. You probably did these three exercises back in PE as a kid, but I’m going to show you how to do them correctly so you dont get injured. On Monday/Wednesday/Friday do 15 minutes of cardio and this 15 minute workout. On the other four days of the week, do 30 minutes of cardio. How can a vegetarian lose 10 pounds in a month?
Sunday, March 21st, 2010I’m a vegetarian and I’d trying to lose about 10 pounds. I’m 5′5 and weigh 125 lbs, my ideal weight is about 115. I’ve been working out about 3/4 times a week with cardio and strength training and I’m trying to eat healthier. Is there a special diet I could go on that isn’t going to make me gain weight after it’s over? Any specific exercises to do?

Sunday, February 14th, 2010ok so im trying to lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks…so heres my diet plot for today…day 2
breakfast-frosted flakes(i know its not excellent but i like them)
lunch-1/2 chicken sandwich
snack-apple
dinner-chicken m veggies
snack-2 slices of pineapple and few grapes
and im going to the gym for 1 1/2-2 hours today, including 30 mins on the ellipital which says i burn about 400 calories, and doing weights and end with 15 mins of cardio again…then some peanuts afterwards..
is this excellent??

How can I lose 5-10 more pounds? 10 points?(anyone who’s had an eating disorder, please help too?)?
Saturday, July 25th, 2009okay, so first off, keep in mind that I am recovering from an eating disorder, so don’t give me anything too drastic to try, because I really don’t want to relapse. anyways,
Since this past november, I was doing vigorous cardio for at least an hour a day and eating about 850-1200 calories. I lost one pound a week.
then, at the end of december, I went on a cruise. I maintained my weight, but after the cruise, I could not lose weight for some reason. I kept dieting and exercising for another month and a half, but I never lost any more weight.
so I started eating less, and working out harder. I lost 2 pounds.
for the past couple of weeks, I was absolutely exhausted from exercising 5 days a week for so hard, and trying not to eat very much, and of course I’ve had an eating disorder so I was trying not to go too overboard, and I was discouraged the whole time, anyways I was just at my limit. so I’ve been maintaining my weight for the past few weeks, I’ve been eating pretty normally, and exercising lightly.
but I want to lose 5-10 more pounds.
how can I do that safely?
I am 16, 4′11, and 100 pounds.
don’t tell me I don’t need to lose weight, you won’t be helping anyone.
