ok so im trying to lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks…so heres my diet plot for today…day 2
breakfast-frosted flakes(i know its not excellent but i like them)
lunch-1/2 chicken sandwich
snack-apple
dinner-chicken m veggies
snack-2 slices of pineapple and few grapes
and im going to the gym for 1 1/2-2 hours today, including 30 mins on the ellipital which says i burn about 400 calories, and doing weights and end with 15 mins of cardio again…then some peanuts afterwards..
is this excellent??
AND PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME ABOUT ACAI BERRY, AND OTHER PILLS AND DRINKS…PLEASE
