i am vegetarian and exercise regularly, but i want to lose 10 pounds. what free diet plans could i try? i dont want to buy any suppliments or anything like that..just real food that i can eat or not eat to lose weight.

also, if there are any exercises that help lose belly stout and weight… i want to try that too.
