I was an out-of-shape, cigarette smoking, quick food eating, over weight, thirty something father of three. Two years later, I’ve dropped 30 pounds, quit smoking, eating healthy, and just finished my first half marathon. I feel like I’ve transformed more than Optimus Prime.

Forgot to add this, I usually eat normally, and don’t eat quick-food if I don’t have to.
