I’m 14. I’m 110 pounds. I want to be 100 pounds. And don’t give me answers like ‘you don’t neeed to your skinny enough’ because its my body not yours. I am a varsity cheer leader. I’m a flyer and I take tumbling classes once a week. I’m always working out. So I need food advice. I like junk food. But I don’t eat it often. I way fruits and veggies and I’m mad active. Tuesday, April 20th, 2010Well, I am not extremely overweight but I am a small chubs. For the last week and a half I’ve been working out for 40 mins doing cardio (tredmill) and sometimes an hour on the weekends. I like exercising, so I don’t mind going on the tredmill for longer periods of time. I have always changed my diet drastically because I figured out I had a dairy allergy, so no dairy products, lots of fruits and veggies and lean meats like fish and chicken.
How long will it take to lose 10 pounds?
Also I’m sixteen years ancient…I dont know if age makes a difference but whatev.
Oh and I plot to continue following this plot of 40 minutes of cardio a day. On the weekends and sometimes during the week day I also do lots of swimming because I have a pool.

ITS NOT HEALTHY!! but i really need to lose this before school and such. and im not a skinny mini either,, im eating fruits and veggies then for dinner i eat a grilled chicken breast and veggies and excersize at night can i lose 10 pounds in one week? Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009i really gotta lose 5-10 pounds in 2 weeks..whats the quickest way possible to lose 10 pounds..its extremely vital.. so like what foods should i eat.. i was thinkin about just fruits and veggies. and a ton of salads with nothing to drink but water everyday..but i NEED to lose 10 pounds for my dance competition or my dance teacher wont let me perform. and that would be terrible..ANY THOUGHTS?!?!?! PLEASE DESPERATE!
