i need to lose 10 pounds atleast by the end of this week!!! :[
This is what u had today:
Breakfast: candy cane- 60 cals
lunch: bag of salt and vinegar chips- 300 cals ![]()
dinner: 15 goldfish -40 cals, small salad with vinaigrette- 100 cals
total of 500 calories
i am going to exercise for 15 minutes, i probably burn about 150 calories.
If i eat only 500 cals max. a day and exercise a small, i reckon i can do it.
am I eating too much for this diet and do u thihnk i will make it?
