I currently follow a strict diet. Do not eat quick food, junk food, drink sodas or anything of that sort and workout 4-5 times a week.

I am a varsity cheer leader. I’m a flyer and I take tumbling classes once a week. I’m always working out. So I need food advice. I like junk food. But I don’t eat it often. I way fruits and veggies and I’m mad active. So any advice? Thanks<3

Thursday, May 27th, 2010doing like 30 or 40 minutes of walking and jogging.
Then doing like 500 jump ropes
Then lastly doing 10 minutes of ab exercises
Doing this for like 5 days a week and taking 2 days to rest
I would be eating really healthy and cutting every junk food.
