I am 10 pounds overweight, and want to lose them by new year’s. How can I do this without dieting, but by exercising?

Forgot to add this, I usually eat normally, and don’t eat quick-food if I don’t have to.
Again, forgot to add, I will diet, eating better, but nothing serious, like low carb, atkins, ect. Thanks for all of the answers here, I’ll sort out best answer 3 days from now.
