Alright, well first off, I’m 14 years ancient. I’m Latina, and I have curves. Currently, I stand at 5′7 and am 140 pounds. I have this incredible get together thing going on in 9 days, and I really want to lose at least 5 pounds, if not 10 before I go.
I’ve started my diet and exercising today, and I want to know what I should eat for school, breakfast, dinner, snacks, etc.
For breakfast, I usually eat Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Honeynut Cheerios. For lunch, I usually eat a turkey sandwich with Chex Mix or goldfish. And for dinner I eat white rice with whatever else my mom cooks. For snacks I usually eat things like poptarts.
^ I know none of that is healthy, and I want to know what IS.
What should I eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks? Please be specific.
Also, what exercises should I do?
I’m starting to run/walk around my neighborhood and I lift weights. What else? Thanks guys!
