I weigh 210 pounds currently and am 5′ 10″. I started dieting 1 week ago when I weighed 220 pounds (eating 1200 to 1500 calories a day) and workout 3 times a week (running on treadmill and weight training). I also drink plenty of water. Why did I lose 10 pounds in a week? And will my weight loss stay at a constant state (losing 10 pounds a week) or slow down? If it will slow down how many pounds can I expect to lose a week?
