I was wondering what are some excellent tips/ways for loosing 10 pounds over 4 weeks.
Height: 5"1
Weight: 125 pounds
Goal weight: 112 – 115 pounds
I would really appreciate it if your answers are specific. What to eat or not to eat? How many times to exercise? etc. things like that. Thanx a bunch! ![]()

Make it a point to walk at least 2 miles in the evening. Just before or just after dinner would be excellent. It’ll increase metabolism.
