    drink only green tea with your meals, its a natural laxitive. and theres also a dieters tea which is stronger.

    cut ALL carbs for a week or so. it’s pretty drastic but it works really well.

    no bread, potatoes, rice, fruit, candy, sugar at all in any form or format.

    It’s not something you should or could do for a long period, but it works to lose a quick 10.

    I use this when i’ve plateau-ed on a diet and it gets me over the hump, so to speak. But if you do this too long, you’ll go carb crazy, and gain it all back, so be careful.

    look.. just limit the fats, oils, and sweets, eat lots of veggies and fruit, lots of grain, cereal, poultry, and yogurt, milk, cheese, dry beans and nuts ( only if you like beans and nuts. )

    Eat grapefruits, drink a glass of grapefruit juice before each meal. And cut out all Carbs.

    dance.. dancing is fantastic cardio and doesnt feel like a workout. drink water.. or at least tea. make sure you are really hungry.. dont eat from boredom or depression etc oh and hula hoop-ing is awesome for the stomach
