    weight watchers, is excellent way to gradualy lose weight, when you loose the first 15-20 pounds most people hit a slump, an either give up, or do somthing drastic. so stay the coarse, you have plenty of time before swimsuit season. also the best thing about the diet is that you can eat anything you want.
