What is the most successful exercise technique to lose 10 pounds in 1 week?

I walk 5 miles a day with my dog and cycle 9 miles, but i need a excellent strategy to conquer my center core, turn me from a medium to a small, and let me see results in 1 to 2 weeks.

    Oh come on, do you really reckon it’s that simple? If there was a way to drop 10lbs of stout in a week, no one would be stout. Come on.

    You can lose 2-3lbs of stout a week with a really excellent diet and exercise regimen. Anymore weight is not stout, it’s muscle and water.

    Drink water an run a decent pace 2 or 3 times a day for 45 min,eat very small. This is a unhealthy diet but works for quick results.

    If you exercise you jaw and mouth LESS then you will lose a excellent amount of weight in 14 days. This presupposes that you will continue with the very excellent work you are now doing. Remember also that if you speed up your walk and your ride, you will burn up a few more calories.

    Well if your really deticated you should keep doing your exersise that your doing now. Try eating more fiber that will keep you fuller for longer ect, plenty of water, this will help your matabalisum go quicker, your bowls and your skin.

    I reckon your on the right track but be sure that you keep your heart rate between 60-70%, if its under 60% its honestly useless. higher than 70% can dammage you or be painfull. Also remember things dont happen over night, like anything that matters it takes time and determenation to reach your goal, make it fun for you, the end result will be worth anything

    If you lose that much weight in one week, then most of it is probably water weight. It is not healthy to lose that much weight in such a small amount of time. Even 10 pounds in one month is pushing it. Don’t be so hard on yourself dear.

    you need to look at diet first, i am of the opinion that losing weight is at least 60% diet, and you will never lose weight if you chug down an 1200 calorie milkshake after every workout.

    i don’t reckon there is any way to lose 10 pounds of STOUT in a week, you would have to stop eating and burn about 4000 calories a day, and you would seriously be putting your life at risk.

    if you are say, trying to make weight though, you can probably lose tens pounds of water weight just by working out heavily and not drinking much, be careful though, that’s not anything like safe either.

    and in terms of weight loss exercise, cardio work, do something simple, just so long as you can do if for and hour or two everyday, take up long walks.
    squatting is fantastic for general fitness. if you do them without weight you don’t get the same kind of benefit, but you don’t need a coach to make sure you are not hurting your back.

    It sounds like your probably pretty healthy and at a decent weight already if you exercise that much. 10lbs in a week is probably and unreasonable goal and probably not healthy. Just focus on eating healthy along with your exercise…an simple way to start is by eliminating fried foods and soda or sugary drinks, and add fruits, veggies, water, and skim milk.
